An Etsy Crafter October 11, 2012 at 9:09 am: I was so excited to see this, along with your Etsy Besties. So much talent out there. I love the CREATE—ing part of Etsy. I have to be honest and tell you I am so saddened that the leader in the children’s clothing category sells imports from China as the majority of their etsy items. Not handmade at all, and a dime a dozen. There are so many crafters/etsy sellers who spend so much time and effort to only carry handmade items. I am glad you were able to highlight them, but am sad that the general voting public doesn’t seem to value that aspect as much.
